LEVELING MACHINE WITH DOUBLE FINISHING AND FLESH SIDE FLUFFING FOR SOLES AND HEELS

This machine has been designed to execute the levelling operation on flat leather and tunit soles and heels, using the principle of roughing and sole-surface finishing. In this way the thickness accuracy of soles is more and more precise because we no longer have problems with material hardness and even with thickness to be removed. To get the best finishing of the flesh surface of sole, a fluffi ng system has been assembled, which has the function to shave the surface so to prepare it for the following process as, for example, glueing. It is possible to put this machine in line with other machines.
