FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This technologically modern machine is used for the arching of soles and insoles. The closing action of the molds is produced by a mixed pneumatic-hydraulic system which develops a power of 40 tons on each cylinder. Thanks to its particular design the molds approach the product at a very high speed, thus accelerating the work cycle. This machine is equipped with an automatic soles an insoles centering system, to have an high precision on worked products. The work cycles are controlled by a PLC, so that the hydraulic pressure and the opening and closing trajectories of the molds.
